Notes:
1. Aug 9, 2002: Records posted here for distribution.
2. Aug 22, 2002: A minor timing offset discovered in records FA00-W and WI01-W has been corrected and the associated files re-posted.
3. The files have been compressed by winzip and will need to be unzipped before use.
4. Most compressed files of the minimally-processed data are 2-4 megabytes in size or smaller. The largest is about 10 megabytes. Low-passed data records have much smaller filesizes.
